Throughout his career, Mr. LaVergne has practiced law and litigated disputes quite literally from coast to coast, and he has developed a national network of friends in the legal community.  A native Texan, Mr. LaVergne attended law school in New York, and he also practiced in New York and Texas prior to establishing a practice in Las Vegas.  Mr. LaVergne is licensed in New York, Texas and Nevada, having passed each state’s bar examination on his first attempt.  Mr. LaVergne is also admitted to practice in Nevada federal court.

Mr. LaVergne’s legal career has focused on a broad variety of practice areas, including commercial and business litigation, corporate litigation, criminal law, appeals, civil rights, personal injury and products liability, labor and employment, and general civil litigation.  Mr. LaVergne enjoys having a diverse legal practice at reasonable rates that are affordable to both individuals and business owners.
